FAQs

Can I reschedule my shoot?

You can reschedule once at no cost if requested at least 48 hours before the shoot. If you modify or cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be retained as the crew time has already been committed.

Are edits included in the quote?

Standard edits are included. Advanced work such as animation, detailed retouching, or additional versions can be added at an extra cost.

What are your payment terms?

To confirm a booking, we require a 20% deposit. The remaining 80% is due after the shoot and before RAW delivery. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. A 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments.
